Gosh it is almost a year I haven't came here. I'd never expect senior year to be this busy. It's been a while since I last released a song. It's not even like I wouldn't do anything about songs but education comes first (whether you like it or not). Jayway has been very busy and stressed with his stuffs as well that he couldn't release any songs himself. We have plans about new songs but it's always so easy to put them into action.

There's a new song we did but Jayway didn't like it and nor did I. Sad times are ahead since Jayway is graduating this year. Meeting was nice, hanging out was fun but parting is gonna be sad.

I created these as gifts to my lovely friends, especially for JAYWAY Production crew. Halloween was alright even though the club screwed Jayway and me up. We were supposed to perform but then somehow some local singers came up to stage and sang. No one took responsibility for it but later school sent a letter to apologize Jayway. If the club didn't screw up everything, there would have been great videos uploaded on youtube. Jayway had his own setups done but.. ahh.. talking about this makes me get angry again. Well, there's a club nearby college and college rented it for International College Students. College also rented this same club for last year's Halloween but somehow they screwed everything up this year.

Hmm, I've got some plans for posting some stuffs on youtube but they are going to be my senior project and things. So I don't think I will have anything new uploaded for the time being, just busy busy.

That will be all for now, I will come here to write something again soon.

Fantasy Dream (stop motion picture project)

This was my midterm project for this term. The title was Fantasy Dream. There were about 400 photos altogether even though I deleted unusable ones. As for the story, its pretty simple. It began where I found myself standing around my home's parking area. Of course, in my dream, I was walking around not knowing what or who I was looking for. So then I kept walking and soon, I found a girl walked down the path ahead of me. Well so I decided to follow her. I took down the path she walked. Then I found her sitting on a branch but she disappeared once I was close to her. I saw her playing around the playground but she was gone once more when I was there. And my memory was somewhat damaged or uncertain and that resulted me to recall without colors. I kept following her everywhere she went and every time I was going to get close to her, she was just gone. But in the end, I caught her off guard from behind and there I caught the little kitty cat ^_^

Soundtrack ? Yes, it is Rose of May from Final Fantasy 9 which is my favorite of all time.

Camera used was Jayway's and Benz helped me took the photos while I, myself, took 'em as well as picking the location and so on.

Effects, yes, I made everything not so clear since I wanted it to be dreamy. White color glowing around also its quite bright.

Location is just around my home area in Thailand called Neo City.

So team members ? Me as the leader and the girl, kitty cat, as my another team member. Benz, my friend, was just helping me out with photo shooting since I can't shoot myself.

Cut and edit or the creation of video was done by me.

It has been a very very long time since I came here last time. The closer I get to my graduation day, the harder things have become and the lesser time I have to do some other things. The song that I wanted to sing with someone even had to be postponed. Seeing how life is getting really busy and giving me stress, I guess the song I'd sing might be the last one. Well, that'll come later on and for now all I have to do is to manage and survive with all the assignments I have >.<

Chilling with I'm yours

We were just chilling in jayway's room for a bit. Out of the blue, he opened instrumental version of I'm yours and I quickly gave camera to bens. And so here's the video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrP77_f4JWk

It was really a shaky video and audio was not really good too. But it wasn't anything serious since we were just having fun, so I say it's okay. Just please... do excuse the camera man's singing and shaky hands. He was also enjoying himself, so please ~laughs~

Well yeah, Jayway was at his usual stuff with his guitar.

Dark Army used Jayway's glasses and messing up with hamster food. But well he just wanted to use it as shakers. Super Korean's comment on Dark Army with the sun glasses was "Hey you look like a bus-driver" and we all lol'd.

So Super Korean, he didn't sing. He was just laying on bed waiting to get external HDD to format his laptop again.

And Bens, he was holding the camera and shooting but even my editing skills didn't work on his recorded video. I guess somebody could probably get headache from watching this video ~lol~

Hmm me ? I was there singing while I didn't even know the correct lyrics. Just wanted to be there in the video ~laughs~

So this is how I looked like on Halloween Night ^.~

The pointy hat, I got that from a shopping mall not very far from college. Price was so cheap ~laughs~ I think its only for kids from the look 'cause as you can see it looks small and I should have had something bigger. But I didn't mind.

And the mentle, I got from The Mall, another shopping center, quite far from college and my place. It wasn't cheap like the hat somehow. When I finally put on both of them, we got along well so I didn't bother to buy a bigger hat.

No staff ? Yup, I summon my magic with my bare hands ^.^"

Halloween Desktop

We didn't "trick or treat" lol. I dressed up as a wizard but I'm not posting that pic for now.

As for Jayway, he had to perform so he was just hip hop.

Dark Army had face-painting lol (yeah not body-painting) but those pics with what we actually did for Halloween will come later.

Super Korean also got the similar stuff going that night and he was the only one to get drunk >.<"

Halloween desktop but no Halloween stuffs ? Yeah, it isn't in our tradition but we still do it for fun. So the majority of people here never really did anything about it expect for those who had something to do with foreign stuffs. A few updates

It has been awhile since I last came here to make posts. So many things just happened. It was really restless enough that I didn't even find time to visit my own blog. Well, I'm not going to bother writing what had kept me busy and so on.

Hmm my youtube channel has been awfully quiet. It can't be helped really since I'm having only major subjects as I've finished all minor ones. So things are hard. Both Jayway and myself didn't find time to meet up like before and do some stuffs. Life is getting hard for sure.

Anyway, JAYWAY Production is still going. Recently, we have a new singer and she happens to be the first girl ever to record in JAYWAY Production Studio. She's gonna appear as Ms. Smile in one of Jayway's new songs as well as mine. Jayway had a live performance with Tizzo at Halloween night. I didn't get the chance to record the videos 'cause my camera's battery was dead sadly. Well, so Jayway has 2 new club beats coming up. And one of 'em has a girl featuring. More about her will be revealed once the song is released.

As for me, yeah I'm trying to come up with a new song as well. It will be a techno one more likely. Though I'm not too sure how I will come up with the beats, I'm going to have 2 girls featuring. One is the same girl, Ms.Smile, the first girl to do featuring in Jayway's song and another one is also a talented girl I know from youtube whose username is "katethegreat19". I( highly recommend to visit her channel, http://www.youtube.com/katethegreat19). So the song will be released twice with each girl at a time. 2 versions of the song, so there'll be 2 videos.

Hmm and Five changed his nick to Dark Army. I don't really know the reason behind but he said "Five" wasn't something in his liking so now his new nick is "Dark Army".

About Halloween, wallpapers will be posted on next post and as for performance, Jayway will have them uploaded soon.

Glowing Grey

This is another version of the previous wallpaper. Super Korean told me that it was too bright and the desktop icons were hard to see due to the white background I used. So here's black version. I think it's better than last one.

Everything is the same except for the darker color theme and small editions. Size is 1280 x 800 pixels, the same.

Well just got my hands on photoshop. The original pic was taken on Mother Language 2007 if I remember correctly.

I used gray theme because I believe its better than color and size is 1280 x 800 pixels.

A haircut said to be girly ?

While crossing the road,
Jayway blocking my way with his arm - "Sai ! Watch out man."
Me - "I can still see my right side even if my right eye is covered."

On MSN,
Me - "My eyes are so bad and I'm in need of glasses."
Roxxi - "You just need one glass because your right eye is always covered with your hair XD"

On the first day of this term,
Benz looking my hair with weird face - "Wow, long again."
Me nodding - "....."

At home,
Grandmother - "You should cut your hair. All I can see is your nose."
Me - "...."

So yesterday, I had my haircut. I told the hair dresser to clear my right eye and to leave the rest long. I don't want to lose my long hair after I've been keeping it for a long time. I felt painful when I saw my hair being cut off to floor. ~laughs~ Just kidding. It bothered me when I had to write that my right eye was being covered. Well now no more hair to cover any of my eyes. A friend had told me to trim. So I did it too. Feeling light-headed now.

My family didn't really like the fact that I have long hair. So I hoped I'd get to hear some "nice" comments for my haircut. But "You look exactly like a girl." said my aunt as I got home last night. Not being content, I asked another one and the reply was the same. On top of that, another friend just said that I always looked like a girl. Is that all true ?

Karaoke

Hmm karaoke, haven't been there for quite a while. There isn't much places where we can find plenty of English songs here in Thailand. Oldies and most of very well-known love songs are all we can find here in almost all of karaoke places. Updates aren't here. Loads of songs are being released but we don't get the chance to try them out. Lucky enough that we have a place close to our college and we go there often but we used to go there more often before. Since you get to sing the same thing over and over, boredom is there to annoy you. So we don't find ourselves going there much now.

Super Korean, me and Jayway in the pic, only them ? Yeah because we are the ones to spend time there more than Five. Five ? Oh he's one of our friends too. He sometimes joined us in the karaoke and he has his own song which hasn't been released yet. Well so yeah..me, Super Korean, Jayway and Five used to go karaoke together after classes.

I never uploaded any videos of us going to karaoke. That's because I don't like those videos and more importantly, audio never sounded good in karaoke as their mics suck. So, I have the videos of us singing in karaoke but I don't think I'll upload them.

Its good to go once in a while because I can't sing out loud at home. And I don't sing in the shower like other people do. I need a particular space for myself to sing out loud freely. So I go to karaoke often to let go of my stress. Yeah, singing out loud to the songs I love makes me feel better. Now that its obvious that I go karaoke after exams and stuffs. Not just letting go of stress, I go there to kill my boredom as well. I usually start with pop or love songs. Then I will try out something stronger and harder. Lock myself in the room with volume at maximum then keep singing until my voice's gone. So then I'll get tired and it will bring me home. ^ ^

I'd list the songs I sing usually but can't remember all of them. Its more of random too. Starting from Pop, Love songs, Dance, Rock to Metal. Pop would be more of Westlife and Backstreet Boys as you know there're the most available ones. Love songs, well I wouldn't name them, you'd already knew. Dance ? Hmm, Livin la vida loca, Ketchup song, Prayer and so on. ~laughs~ As for Rock, well I usually go for whatever they have there, It's my life in particular. About Metal, Linkin park and Evanescence are all they have.

No girls no drinks ? Yea... We don't want to break someone's eardrums so we always go with guys, ourselves. As for drinking, they don't allow you to drink there. So water and green tea, sometimes coffee will do. No smoking too ? Yea, correct.

Honestly, I didn't know this song before. One day, me and Super Korean went to karaoke around the college and that guy picked the wrong song, suddenly, and that was when I got to hear this song. Then I like the song very much. I searched for the instrumental version instead of planning to make acoustic cover.

September 2007 eh ? Yup, it was way before I started to do the actual recording with Jayway. I had a longer hair at that time compared to other videos I was in. The noise of wind, waves and others were there so some told me that they couldn't hear the song clearly. Yeah of course, we were at Rayong Silver Beach in Thailand. That was a trip for entire RIC (Rangsit International College). It wasn't recorded in studio obviously so I wasn't so confident enough to post that on youtube.com. However I did it anyway. As you can see in the video, Jayway was playing guitar, some guys around us listening and talking as well as a chinese guy who said "louder louder" and the one taking the video was Super Korean. We sang it around 2 pm something I can't recall. We sang many songs while we were on trip. Sadly, we couldn't record all of them. In the day time while we didn't have any particular activities, we just sat down on the sand and started to sing and talk.

This cover was sang for a girl who used to be my fan. After getting to know her from youtube.com, she made a video for me and I wanted to do something for her in return. That's why it said dedicated to someone at the end of the video. So I thought about a song for a friendship. I didn't know what to do at first. A few days later, I thought I'd sing Umbrella as I really love the song too. Guitar was played by Jayway even though I was the one to play guitar in video. Shooting place ? It was in studio.

This cover came with a phone call to me and Super Korean (Jiho). Jayway gave us a call that he was making a cover song and wanting us to do the backing. So we headed to his place. The song was nearly done, it only needed the backings to complete. And so we did it.

This was the third one and it originally belongs to Jayway. He sang this song in his mother tongue. I felt the song even deeper when he translated the lyric for me. I asked if I could make it in English and so here I am, with the English version.

Lyric wasn't translated but I wrote about something else instead. Jayway about love with a flower and I did with a tear. It sure wasn't so easy singing this song...

Let's see...
First of all, I'll write something about JAYWAY PRODUCTION. The name was given by Jayway himself. He picked his nick as Jayway and since he's the producer, its named JAYWAY PRODUCTION. Jayway had been making music since way before I've known him. This is his youtube channel, http://www.youtube.com/user/joelwaqa. I had done some music on my own as well when I was in my home country. At first, we never talked about music until one day I got to listen to his song. After that, I made a promise to a girl and I got to record the first song, My Beautiful Girl. Since then, we started to do more recordings. So that was a brief history of JAYWAY PRODUCTION.

Are there only you two in JAYWAY PRODUCTION ?
Yes, for most part. Jayway made his own songs and I do the same but I took his song one time. We do have some friends who we recorded with but their songs haven't released yet.

Why JAYWAY ?
Well, you better ask him...

Why Raven ?
Oh I love the name. The name I was known online as was "summoner" but then I was known as Raven for singings and even gamings ~laughs~.

So what do you do ?
I go to International College in Thailand. And so does Jayway. We are in the same major, ICT (Information and Communication Technology). We're 3rd students now. Recordings ? Of course, we do it mostly on holidays or term breaks hoping we'd finish before the new semester'd start but we never made it in time. Something was always have to be there, so it always takes a while to release a new song, especially me ! Party ? Yeah, Jayway does that more than me. I'm more of a loner and I mostly stay home with my computer and laptop. Yup, I play games when I'm on computer. I'm also online in most of the times.
